Big Wheels Start Turnin’

So, at work we have a construction site, and the drive into it happens to be near a moderately trafficked sidewalk. I’m coming up on the crossing while there’s a long flatbed 18 wheeler stopped well in front of the entrance. My path takes me between them.
Yep, you guessed it. Numbnuts decides now is the time to move, and he isn’t waiting for me. So he pulls forward, I stop on the curb, only to have to walk around his ass end (now making me invisible if someone should come out of the construction area) because he has to now stop at the entrance and those 40 feet were so damned important. Especially with no one else coming (he’s high enough to see in both directions clearly).
